White Lantern Film would like to clarify and correct that the company is not party to the litigation against Ms Eva Green as has been widely and wrongly reported in recent press. The company bringing the action is White Lantern Film Britannica Ltd (“WLFB Ltd”), an independent special purpose vehicle set up to produce the feature film entitled ‘A Patriot’. WLFB Ltd was taken over in January 2020 by the directors of SMC Speciality Finance LLC for the purposes of pursuing litigation against Ms Green.
